By the way, anyone want to accompany me to the Michigan Renaissance Festival in Holly tomorrow? :D It's supposed to sprinkle a bit in the afternoon, but I'm planning on going anyway... I don't melt. :D Mmm, Chocolate Fantasy Affair weekend.

I went to that all the time when I live in MI. I'm so jealous. Texas has no culture...or lack of culture such as turns up at ren fests. Instead they have rodeos and rattlesnake roundups. *dramatic sigh* Oh the sweet north, I miss thee so much...

There's always next year, feel free to visit, and then I won't have to go by myself. :P I usually try to go at least twice during the festival season. :)

And Texas has a Ren Fest. :) The Texas Renaissance Festival! Apparently, one of the nation's largest, this is their 29th year, and they run from October 4th through November 16th it seems. :)

This was only the 24th year for Holly though. :|
