Oh my...

A story about the bill that recently went into law as an official Act in Britain that makes sexual contact, including kissing, between people under the age of 16 illegal? I haven't been able to find this exact info in the Act itself, and it may have been changed from it's bill form in Sept. when the article was published and 10 days ago when the bill became an Act. But if true... bwahahaha... good luck with that. ;) Anyone else more enterprising than I, if you find this info in the Act itself, comment and let me know. :)
